Measure the circumference of your chest. Bust measure around the fullest part of bust and straight across back 1 chest around body above fullest part of bust 2 to determine your cup size you will need two measurements.

Back body measurements. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust wrap. You can easily take your own center back measurements with a pen paper and a measuring tape. G arm length measure from the top of the arm find the bone at the shouldertop of arm to the wrist find the bone at the side of the wrist with the elbow bent. Back waist length measure from the most prominent bone at base of neck. This crease will be higher than where you normally wear your pants above your belly button but typically just below your ribcage. Do not draw the tape too tightly.
